block Outage related to Authorisation for DEDL Clouds

We are currently experiencing an outage affecting the Authorisation services for DEDL Clouds. This issue is preventing users from completing authentication and accessing cloud resources. Our teams are actively investigating the root cause and working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will provide updates as more information becomes available. Services Fully Restored

We are pleased to inform you that authorisation services have been fully restored across all DEDL Clouds. All users should now be able to authenticate and access resources as expected. We apologize for the disruption and appreciate your patience during this time.

Please be informed that due to failure of LUMI power supplies Data Lake Lumi bridge is unavailable.

Update

The issue has been resolved and all services have had their functionalities restored. After the outage, VMs were stopped and users will need to start their virtual machines. This can be done either with Horizon Dashboard or through CLI command: openstack server start

engineering DEDL HDA Maintanance

Please be informed that on Tuesday 24th September, we're planning to deploy a new version of HDA.

This update will affect users as it may cause search and download interruptions while change is implemented.
